SAP ECC - Sales and Distribution Product Specialist
Job Summary
The Product Specialist (SAP ERP Sales and Distribution) at HCL will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP ERP system with a focus on Sales and Distribution modules. The role involves ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Configure, customize, and maintain the sap erp sales and distribution module to support business processes.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions within the sap system.
3. Conduct testing, training, and documentation related to sap erp sd module changes and updates.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on sap sd functionality and processes.
5. Analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
6. Stay updated on sap erp best practices and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in sap erp sales and distribution configuration and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of sap sd module functionalities and integration with other sap modules.
3. Experience in sap erp implementation, maintenance, and support.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot sap sd issues effectively.
5. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Analytical mindset to analyze data, identify trends, and propose strategic solutions.
Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution, preferred.
