Job description:
To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards To lead and manage resources planning and ensure optimum resource utilization and keep track of team s performance for high customer satisfaction To create quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits To perform Value creation and Knowledge Management activities To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer Budgeting, Revenue Forecasting, Billing, Invoicing and other finance activities as per HCL process Co-ordinate with HCL engineers at customer location and at HCL premises, ensure employee engagement and address HR concerns To drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams To manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues/concerns To attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
- To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
- To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
- To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
- To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
