JD : Experience: 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce or Integration Developer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Technical Skills:o Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning)o Proficiency in Azure DevOps processeso Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments, preferably in a SCRUM framework, delivering projects iteratively and efficientlyo Solution Development: Proven ability to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for international companies, with a focus on innovation and quality Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with end-users, stakeholders, and senior management to gather requirements and deliver the best solutions Team player, interested in global projects and interaction with multi-international teams.
