Job description:

Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions using Power Platform integrated with Azure, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics. Create and establish standards, best practices, and recommend configurations. Provide maintenance and support for existing solutions. Collaborate with team leaders and other experts to develop various types of conceptual solutions. Help shape solutions to avoid potential challenges and optimize efficiency. Mentor and guide less experienced team members. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and Azure developments and trends.Skills needed: Extensive experience with Power Automate and Dataverse Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of Power Platform challenges and ability to develop solutions to mitigate them. Proficiency in C# programming and Jscript. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in creating standards and recommending best practices.Desired Skills: Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Office 365.

• To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.
• To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
