Job description:
- New Initiatives - To design and implement solutions as per internal customer requirements for enhancing productivity and business impact within the defined cost and quality framework.
- To ensure that the pre-defined offerings (existing offerings) are effectively delivered to the customer segments. This would be for the academies under purview and for the target segments under purview
- To lead and develop the team members for enhancing capabilities and productivity.
- To manage program office functioning including reports like attendance, coverage, feedback, cost, etc
- To work with SDUorDUs on program need and analysis, structuring framework and providing solutions as per the agreed SLAs.
