To oversee multiple design teams, set organizational design standards, and drive innovation in the design process and ensure that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives.Plan, Specify, design, architect, verify and test blocks within ASIC Overall 10+ experience in the field of Hardware development and ASIC development lifecycle Involved in one or more ASIC development lifecycle (Specification to tapeout, Board testing to product usage) Plan activities and able to manage the schedule along with tracking to provide deliverables on-time Involved in interactions at various stages of ASIC development flow including PD and Chip layout 8+ years experience in ASIC design and SOC integration Experience in ASIC chip testing utilizing custom boards Define the interfaces within ASIC and interaction with external blocks Understand the functional of ASIC and able to perform validationverify features of ASIC Provide guidance in development of tests for ASIC verification Support in activities related to ASIC characterization Support in activities related to ASIC chip qualification Guide team towards closure day to day ASIC testing activities including debug of issues Lead a team of around 10 to 15 ASIC test and Hardware engineers involved in ASIC development, testing tasks Interact with Fab and other stake-holders in ASIC development lifecycle
