Title: AWS Devops Engineer- AWS DevOps, GitLab With Service Bash required
AWS App Mesh Experience Must to Have.
Location: Remote, USA
Job Description:
Automate CI/CD pipeline to deploy microservices efficiently using GitLab
Implement the logging, tracing, and metrics collection for all microservices.
Good exposure in moving the Microservices using the docker and Kubernetes
Integrate the AWS DevOps with existing monitoring solutions, tools like Matomo, AWS CloudWatch
Good understanding on the AWS Service Mesh configuration and deployment and integration with other AWS Services
Configure and Deploy an API Gateway (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Kong) to centralize API traffic management, rate limiting, and security enforcement.
Define security best practices for microservices, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance audits and
Compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001) is required
Define and implement a disaster recovery plan (RTO/RPO targets) and high availability mechanisms for microservices.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
