Job description:

Account and Order Management Associate with Italian

As HCL is growing in Bulgaria, we are expanding our Team to perform back office activities for a dynamic business managing end to end segments related to customer inquiry and service request handling, contract administration, account activation, order and supply management support, invoice management, accounts receivable and cash application handling.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Create customer account in SAP, provide customers with account information and ensure into the completion of the account.

  • Contract creation, preparation, termination and renewals.

  • Check expiry dates and validity of tax licenses/tax exception compliance and request new licenses before expiration.

  • Process disbursements towards rent/lease/commission payments and monitor contract utilization.

  • Bad debt management – extraordinary pursuit, recoveries and write off.

  • Invoice management: invoice generation, review of unbilled sales, processing of credit/debit notes and process month end accruals, generate month end reports.

  • Collections: Manage assigned Collections responsibilities including managing assigned AR portfolio and overdue payments as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Credit: Perform credit limit creation and modification activities as per defined process, release blocked orders.

  • Create orders and manage change or correct the order as required and coordinate other departments/stakeholders for order fulfilment.

  • Supply management services: setup of customer`s quotas and perform product allocations.

  • Manage/Support order related inquiries and service requests.

  • Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines.

  • Perform assigned activities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process.

  • Perform any ad hoc activities as required.


    • Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian language (both written and verbal)

  • Independent User Level of English

  • Experienced in administrative or customer interaction role (0-3 years, Back Office, Order Management, Account Receivable, Supply Chain / Procurement, Billing, Sales/Service Contact, Finance)

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

  • Driven by team’s success and deadlines kept

  • Confident in use of MS Office
