Job description:
4 to 5 years in Design Quality RD Quality experience (minimum 1 years of Abbott experience).
Experience in reviewing in Systems Requirements, Trace Matrix.
Experience in creating Risk Management files Hazard Analysis, UFMEA, DFMEA
Experience in System Verification protocols report generation (including Data Analysis)
Experience in Test method development & Validation (R&D Verification testing)
Good experience in cross functional interactions.
Good experience in technical writing skills
Good communication skills
- To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives
- To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability
- To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met
- To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client
- To guide, manage, develop and engage the team
