Job description \\r\\n\\r\\nMust have \\r\\n Expertise in Active Directory (Architecture, Group Policy, Security, Topology Design)\\r\\n Administration skills on Windows Server 2016 to 2022 Operating Systems\\r\\n Windows failover clustering Services.\\r\\n Administration skills on DFS, DNS & DHCP\\r\\n Experience scripting and automation using PowerShell\\r\\n HP ProLiant and Cisco UCS blades and servers, enclosures and management systems\\r\\n Experience working with system center suite of products (SCOM, SCO, SCCM, etc )\\r\\n Strong troubleshooting skills on windows Operating Systems \\r\\n\\r\\nGood to have \\r\\n Good to have knowledge on AWS / Azure cloud administration \\r\\nRoles and Responsibilities \\r\\n Provides technical support for production and non-production systems\\r\\n Support day to day schedule / planned maintenance activities Ensuring effective problem resolution\\r\\n Carryout activities like, migration, upgrade, new build, Installation & configurations \\r\\n Support to HA/DR activities \\r\\n Administer Multi Forest Multi Domain Active Directory tree \\r\\n Administration of DHCP , DNS and DFS Namespace\\r\\n Manage Cisco UCS Blades, Rack mount Servers, HP Synergy and ProLiant Servers\\r\\n Optimize Server Performance and troubleshoot Server OS related issues\\r\\n Available on call to drive major incident / outage resolutions\\r\\n Documentation & Operational performance reporting\\r\\n Own and Drive Service Improvements\\r\\n Execute on demand IT projects\\r\\n Documentation\\r\\n Ensure Quality of deliverables
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
