Job description:
As a Tableau Engineer, an individual is responsible for designing and developing Tableau Dashboards according to application requirements and demands of the business. Responsible for the development and administration.\\r\\n\\r\\nTheir main duty is to transform raw data into meaningful insights. This is accomplished through interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports. The role of a Tableau developer is vital for businesses because of the executive, strategic, and managerial roles and responsibilities that come with it.\\r\\n\\r\\nProfessionals are expected to perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration. Needs to be quality and customer focused when approaching a new product. He / She needs well-developed reporting and design research skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.\\r\\n\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\n Overall, 6-8 years or relevant experience\\r\\n Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools using Tableau\\r\\n Using SQL for managing large volume of data\\r\\n Communicating with customers to analyze historical data and identify KPIs\\r\\n Improving data processing speed by building SQL automations\\r\\n Tweaking SQL Queries for best performance\\r\\n Making sure the team delivers reports as per the requirements\\r\\n Analyzing the data so as to identify trends and share insights\\r\\n Implementing Tableau mobile dashboards with the help of Tableau mobile application\\r\\n Creating Thematic Heat maps with the help of MapInfo\\r\\n Recognizing areas for automation\\r\\n Restricting data for particular users with the help of User filters\\r\\n Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up to date\\r\\n Carrying out investigation of root cause analysis\\r\\n\\r\\n
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
