Job Title: SCCM OSD Engineer / SCCM OSD Administrator \\r\\nKey Responsibilities:\\r\\nSCCM Administration:\\r\\nManage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure.\\r\\nDesign and implement OS deployment strategies using SCCM.\\r\\nConfigure and troubleshoot SCCM task sequences for both Windows 10/11 and server operating systems.\\r\\nManage software and driver packages to be included in OS deployments.\\r\\nOperating System Deployment:\\r\\nCreate and maintain customized Windows images for deployment.\\r\\nImplement and troubleshoot SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions, including PXE boot, WinPE, and MDT integration.\\r\\nAutomate and optimize the deployment of Windows OS to end-user devices and servers.\\r\\nDevelop and manage task sequences, driver management, and post-deployment configurations.\\r\\nAutomation & Scripting:\\r\\nCreate and modify PowerShell scripts for automation of deployment tasks and configurations.\\r\\nAutomate the deployment of patches, applications, and updates during the OS installation process.\\r\\nManage user state migration, profile transfers, and software reinstallation as part of the OS deployment process.\\r\\nTroubleshooting and Support:\\r\\nProvide advanced-level troubleshooting and resolution of SCCM OSD-related issues.\\r\\nResolve SCCM deployment failures, hardware compatibility, and driver issues.\\r\\nCollaborate with other IT teams (e.g., networking, security, desktop support) to ensure smooth deployment processes.\\r\\nDocumentation & Reporting:\\r\\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation for SCCM OSD configurations, processes, and best practices.\\r\\nGenerate and analyze deployment reports to track the success rate of deployments and identify areas for improvement.\\r\\nProvide regular status updates on SCCM OSD projects and deployments.\\r\\nSecurity & Compliance:\\r\\nEnsure all OS deployments are compliant with the organization\\'s security policies and guidelines.\\r\\nCollaborate with security teams to integrate and deploy required security configurations and patches.\\r\\nExperience:\\r\\nMinimum 5 years of experience working with SCCM in a large enterprise environment.\\r\\nProven experience in SCCM OSD, task sequencing, and image creation.\\r\\nExperience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS deployment and management.\\r\\nSkills Required:\\r\\nStrong expertise in SCCM OSD, task sequences, and Windows image management.\\r\\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.\\r\\nExperience with MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and WinPE.\\r\\nSolid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.\\r\\nKnowledge of driver management and hardware compatibility during OS deployment.\\r\\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\\r\\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\\r\\nPreferred Skills:\\r\\nExperience with Azure Active Directory, On Prem Active Directory and cloud-based deployments.\\r\\nFamiliarity with Intune and Modern Desktop Management.\\r\\nKnowledge of BitLocker and security policies during deployment.\\r\\nExperience in SCCM patch management and software updates.\\r\\n

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
