Job description:
1) Experience in architecting, implementing, building and designing cloud solutions within Azure2) Proven experience of supporting and designing cloud infrastructure3) Driving system reliability, performance and automation within non-production Cloud environments4) Able to explain IaaS concepts, networking, and firewalls5) Working knowledge with Azure VNet, Load Balancing, Azure VM Scale Sets, and provisioning through Terraform6) Experience Developing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform7) Experience Developing Modules as reusable components 7.1) Experience with Sentinel Policies 7.2) Experience with Terraform Enterprise is a plus 7.3) Experience with CI/CD systems with an ability to explain end to end flow of the pipelines and able to create and troubleshoot them8) Experience in creating test cases for any code writtenw
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
