Job description:
Required Skills
At least 7 years of IT experience
At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
At least 3 years experience delivering technical projects
Experience in Traditional/Waterfall Project Management
High-level of expertise in Agile methodologies
Good understanding of technical platforms and systems
Proven ability to work with technical teams and resources
Expertise in JIRA
Expertise in Confluence
Working knowledge of Visio
Advanced MS-Excel skills
Expertise in using MS-Office T=Suite of tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
SharePoint
MS-Project
Experience in building and managing dashboards and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong facilitations skills
Strong leadership skills
Experience developing reporting for executive level audience
Experience working in Kanban frameworks
Experience with Portfolio Management
Expertise in Tableau
Required Certification
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
