Job description:
As a Fraud Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraud within our organization. This position is ideal for individuals interested in a career in finance, e-commerce, insurance, or online services.
As a Fraud Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding our organization against financial losses and reputational damage due to fraudulent activities. Your proactive monitoring, investigative skills, and collaboration with other departments will be pivotal in ensuring our security and compliance. - To ensure that transactions are processed as per company policy and guidelines provided by the management
- To identify opportunities for improvement, elimination of redundancies in their respective processes
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending internal trainings
- To process and record accounting transactions as appropriate to the process and team
- To provide details for SOP and RCM document updation
- To provide supporting documentation and information for various stakeholder like management, auditors, tax departments etc.
- To reconcile statements and clear open items as required for their processes
- To resolve queries of various stakeholders both internal and external (SSD s, Emails etc)
