Job Title: Level 3 Azure VMware Solution SpecialistLocation: Chennai, IndiaJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 and L2 Azure VMware Solution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Azure VMware Solution and on-prem environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability. This role requires deep technical expertise in both Azure and VMware technologies, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the Azure VMware Solution environment, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Have good experience on Creation, troubleshooting and Managing the VSAN cluster and Storage Based Policy Management (SPBM). Should have good experience in NSX network segment in Azure VMware Solution NSX-T Hands on expertise on HA/DRS and DPM/SDRS Should have good working knowledge on P2V & V2V concepts Deal with Hardware vendors like IBM / HP / Dell / CISCO. Following up with Vendor s hardware & software whenever required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes. Responsible for the complete management of Hyperconverged environment like Nutanix environment/VXRail/SimpliVity like Administration and management of hyperconverged servers, Management of Virtual Machines, Backup, hyperconverged server upgrade and Patching. Knowledge on powercli scripts related to all VMware and its activities. Good understanding of Fiber Channel Switches and Fabrics Implement and maintain security best practices to protect the environment from threats and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Perform regular system audits and generate reports on system performance, security, and compliance. Should work on on-prem Windows and VMware related issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting VMware environments. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure cloud services. Strong knowledge of Azure VMware Solution, including deployment, configuration, and management. Experience with network and security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred. Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
