Job description:
Below is the JD for L2 and L3 profiles needed for the Ford scope.
Considering the level of skills needed would suggest going for E2.3 and E3.1 band/sub-band PRF. Also, pls raise one E3.2 profile with same JD higher experience for technical lead.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 Datacenter (DC) network infrastructure running Spine and Leaf ACI
Manage and Troubleshoot switch network configured with MST, RPVST, Ether-channel, Dot1Q Trunking, Pruning, etc
Good knowledge of Cisco SDLAN DNAC
Manage and Troubleshoot complex enterprise routing with MPLS, BGP, and QoS on Cisco ISR/93xx/9xx/ASR Routers
Hands-on-experience in designing, deployment/implementation and troubleshooting Cisco SDWAN using C-Edge, vManage, vSmart, VEDGE-CLOUD Orchestrator
Hands-on-experience working on Wireless technologies - WLC C9800/DNAC/LWAP, 4G CradlePoint, Wireless Bridge,
Hand-on-experience on managing the F5 product Big-IQ, Big-IP LTM/GTM, Physical/Virtual/Viprion-Host load balancer
Manage and troubleshoot the DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
Hands-on-experience working on SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution and its integration with SDWAN
Good understanding of Proxy and Firewall setup of Cisco and Palo Alto
Understanding of Next Generation Firewall setup and basic hands-on over Firewall logs review
Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns (Wireshark).

- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases

- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
