Program Overview
Our Global Engagement Management Program offers you an 18-month of cross functional experience program featuring a combination of experiences designed to supercharge your career. This program culminates into an exciting career with HCLTech!
Examples of cross functional experience program include but are not limited to
- Account Management – Maintain and sustain relationships with key customers
- Account Solutions – Conceptualize and test new products, features, technologies, and components that meet client solutions and project needs
- Business Strategy & Sourcing– Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, create roadmaps to guide executive decision-making, and prioritize strategic projects to enable growth and expansion
- Pursuit & Bid Management – Manage the entire bid qualification process for new opportunities
- Compliance – Assess company protocols at state and federal levels for legal compliance and perform risk assessment of company policies and practices
- Project Management – Develop comprehensive project plans, track project performance, and drive deliverables for new business-critical initiatives
- Data & Analytics – Perform data analysis and create dashboards and visualizations in order to develop actionable insights to inform business decision
Success Criteria
- Availability for a full-time opportunity to join us in April – July 2024
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- MBA/Masters – Full-time; 2023/2024 years of graduation
- English & any other language native to the EU region
- Prior experience of 2+ years is preferred; any experience in technology sector will be prioritized
