Nomination process
Leaders, teams and organizations could self-nominate or be nominated by others through the form below.
Nominations must be accompanied by detailed information which includes their initiatives, objectives, strategies, implementation process, outcomes and impact with data points where necessary.
Nominations are reviewed by a panel of independent judges comprising industry experts, academics and thought leaders.
Selection criteria
- Innovation: Creativity and originality
- Business Impact: Measurable improvements in key performance indicators such as revenue, cost savings, productivity or market share
- Customer Experience: Enhancement of customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty through digital channels
- Scalability: Ability to scale the initiative across the organization or sustain its impact over the long term
