Roles and Responsibilities

• An excellent Communicator with the ability to deal with issues with precision & accuracy and also well versed
• Manage & Support Hyper Care/ parallel run for Europe region.
• Work with Market Leads / BRM in aligning the requirements.
• Review Requirements, Fit-Gap Analysis, Design Solution / Functional Specification Document.
• Work on UI Configurations, Assist in End-User Training
• Work on SIT, Regression Testing. Work with users on UAT.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and governance.
• Lead Production Support for 24*7 Application & Batch issues. Onsite-offshore coordination.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Functional and technical experience SCM planning
• Exposure to various application software’s , tools and database like Orac le Developer Suite 11 g, Toad, SQL
• Developer, Super Putty, CA7 and Control M.
• Proved worth in pr oject s wi th Retail and pharmaceuticals industries.
• Embraced with the fundamentals of Retail Industry along with JDA Supply Chain Planning and Optimization
• and JDA ESP suite .
• Experience on JDA process like Calc model, Reconcile/publish/store Forecast, Calculate plan, Deployment, BTL,
• Order Optimization processes etc.
