HCLTech is a CSR Partner of Apprentis d’Auteuil in France

Created in 1866, Apprentis d'Auteuil is a foundation dedicated to welcoming, training and integrating young people who are in social difficulty.

HCLTech France is partnering with Apprentis d'Auteuil in a program called ‘Coders of Tomorrow.’ The program supports numerous actions to improve each student’s academic environment and challenge them in various initiatives.

We have dedicated ourselves to the cause of Apprentis d'Auteuil, with the shared aspiration that education will cease to be perceived as a challenge by students and, instead, emerge as the quintessential solution for a more promising future.

Closing Gender Gap: Progress and Initiatives at HCLTech France

France Gender pay gap results based on the results of the Gender Equality Index based on the 5 indicators defined by the law, showcasing the scores obtained for the 2023-2024 financial year.

We are dedicated to maintaining fair salaries during both the recruitment phase and our pay rise campaigns. We have defined grids for hiring which is based on the experience and capabilities of the individual . Our pay rise campaigns are also based on individual salaries and their performances only.

Additionally, we will continue to actively encourage the recruitment of women for leadership positions to ensure that they are fairly represented at the top management This initiative is part of our strategy to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization, recognizing the significant value and diverse perspectives that women bring to leadership roles.
