This tool provides out-of-the-box insights into current business processes, compares performance against industry benchmarks and offers tailored recommendations for improvement. By leveraging SAP Signavio, the organization aimed to:

- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement to drive efficiency and innovation

The Solution
Generative AI-driven insights for SAP Signavio Process Insights
Despite its power to generate insights quickly, many SAP clients struggle with understanding and effectively utilizing the comprehensive data provided by SAP Signavio Process Insights, which often leads to underutilization of the insights.
To address these challenges, HCLTech developed a set of 27 Generative AI prompts designed to extract actionable insights from the complex reports.
The solution leveraged Generative AI to process the insights and generate a concise, easily digestible report that categorized improvements into three categories: immediate, later and never. In addition, a detailed explanation of each identified process blocker was provided, giving the client the flexibility to dive deeper into specific areas as needed.
The goal was to make better use of their SAPS/4HANA system and unlock greater efficiency and value across its operations.
