Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Custom Layout engineers towards the successful execution of customer projects.
• Responsible for the overall project management ensuring on-time delivery with acceptable quality.
• Train & Mentor junior engineers in their ramp-up & execution
• Contribute towards an effective technical documentation process.
• Contribute to the growth of Custom Layout practice.

Experience/Exposure:

• Have 3+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal / RF layout-design.
• Good Understanding of CMOS Fundamentals, IC-Fabrication & Circuit-basics
• Good Understanding of IC Layout design flow & reliability issues
• Good exposure to EDA tools like Virtuoso L/XL, Assura, PVS, Calibre.
• Preferred experience in finfet technology nodes (16nm & below)
• Preferred experience in team & project management.
