Structural Analysis Engineer with SIMLAB

Qualification Required: BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering required with 8 to 12 year of Structural analysis experience in consumer electronics or Electromechanical products

Roles And Responsibilities

  • FE modelling: Shell, Tet and Hexa Modelling and model set up for Abaqus solver
  • Non-Linear analysis (Drop analysis or impact analysis) & Static analysis, dynamic analysis
  • Design optimization, design modifications to improve the Structural performance of the system
  • Perform detailed Structural analysis to validate simulation results
  • Suggest suitable design solutions (innovative/cost effective) to the problem in hand
  • Experience in fatigue calculations, strength, fracture, disk burst, gapping, and kinematics analyses.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise:

Finite element Modelling: Hypermesh & SimLab (both Mandatory)

Finite Element Analysis: Abaqus and SimLab (Mandatory), Hypermesh (Good to have), Drop simulation or impact simulation, quasi-static stress analysis

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
