• Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment Knowledge on scripting
• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in VMware ESXi 4.x,5.x,6.x versions.
• Configure and manage VMware ESXi hosts and VMware virtual machines.
• Patching of ESX servers and VMs with VMware.
• Manage ESX and VMs through VCenter server and perform various changes on VMs.
• Work on Incident Tickets, Change Tickets and Problem tickets under strict ITIL process.
• Hands on experience in supporting Cisco UCS & HP Blade Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3,2K8, 2K12, 2K16 servers with knowledge of NT4.0 File and Printer Administration, Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance.

Education/certification

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.

• Knowledge on NT4.0 File and Printer Administration, Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance.
• Knowledge on VMware SRM, VRops.
