Responsibilities/ Tasks :

• To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
• To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team.
• To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
• To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI.
• To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.

Education/certification :

• Bachelor/ technical studies
