Technical Advisor - Delivery excellence
Responsibilities/ Tasks :
The individual will perform technical pre and post sales role for BigFix with Clients. They will be expected to attend meetings with Clients to determine the technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. They will be the accountable for delivering technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.

Experience:
Candidate should have 3+ years-experience with BigFix product as an administrator. Familiarity with integrations to BigFix including REST or SOAP API. Administration of BigFix including backup, upgrade, and migration plans. BigFix Relevance experience in editing Fixlets and analyses. Experience with operation of Computer Systems Management automation and industry tools at enterprise scale. Windows, Linux and Unix OS administration and security. DB2 and/or MSSQL management. Troubleshooting and script/code writing skills to support large scale automation of patching and security.

Responsibilities & Core KPPs:
- To attend meetings with Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Design and deliver BigFix platform architecture, including hardware and network layout, at scale up to 250,000 endpoints per root server
- Optimize performance by adjusting parameters of the Operating System, hardware, and application
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and stakeholders
- Deliver BigFix Lab services to customers, create architecture and configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Document upgrade, backup, rollback, and migration plans tailored to the customer environment
- Author BigFix content to solve customer business needs
Education/certification :
- Bachelor/ technical studies
