Responsibilities/ Tasks :

The Software Architect Senior Consultant is responsible for growing new license, subscription & support and services revenue for all the HCL Software portfolio. The Software Architect Senior Consultant will conduct consulting sessions to better understand the alignment between the customer business requirements and the IT capabilities, and design an roadmap to match with the software and services solution we have in our portfolio. The Senior Consultant will analyze complex RFIs and RFPs to explore potential opportunities for our software and services offerings. The Senior Consultant will also serve as an Enterprise Architect to be able to provide a holistic view of our portfolio in front of our customers and also serve a Subject Matter Expert for certain areas of interest (AI, Data Architecture, Security and DevOps). The Senior Consultant will work closely across HCL Software sales, services, development, support and customer advocacy. This position requires the ability to work independently.

Experience:

At least + 20 years experience in areas such as: IT Consulting, SW Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, and a willingness to work in enterprise software and services sales. The role requires at least 4-year university degree.

Responsibilities & Core KPPs:

• Support the SPGIT/MEA Sales team by assisting all the Client Directors and all the Product Leaders and Technical Advisors.
• Respond to complex RFIs, RFPs and internal HCL requests for information regarding multi product Software and Services opportunities
• Perform pre-sales consulting sessions for areas such as Business and IT Alignment, Value Optimization, AI and Data Architecture
• Participate and contribute to Go To Market strategy sessions focusing on the Government and Banking verticals
• Participate and contribute material and collateral Services Practice development
• Carry out 3 customer/prospect visits per month
• Work collaboratively across the HCL Software team, especially the Sales and Services team, to optimize business results
• Be willing to mentor other technical junior resources and expand their architectural skills and expertise in several industries
• Develop a network of customer contacts and relationships, over time

Education/certification :

• Bachelor/ technical studies
