Responsibilities/ Tasks :

Complete VMWare Stack with vRA/vRO skills Ansible development skills, Blueprint Development + Admin Skills GitLab, GitHub CICD Pipeline Linux Skills will be added Advantage PowerShell will be added Advantage Windows Server Skills will be added Advantage 1 DBaaS resource with following Skills: Worked on MS SQL Server 2014 - 2019 Should have experience in high availability features like Log Shipping, DB Mirroring, Always On - must have Good Knowledge and hands-on in Contained Database - must have Good Knowledge and hands-on in Resource Governor - must have Expert knowledge in Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting -- must have Experience in handling Database Corruption issue. Experience in using tools like SQL Profiler, Perfmon, Extended Events, etc Most Imp - Candidate should compulsory have PowerShell programming skillset. Moderate to Good Experience. Windows Server Knowledge

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

Education/certification :

• Bachelor/ technical studies
