SF Solution Architect
Roles And Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Strategy:
- Develop and define comprehensive HR transformation strategies that leverage SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module, to align with business objectives.
- Design end-to-end HR solutions and architectures that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points.
- Advise clients on best practices in HR processes and how the Employee Central module can be customized to their needs.
- Translate business requirements into system requirements and design specifications.
Key Skills Required:
- The Solution Architect is primarily responsible for designing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular focus on the Employee Central (EC) module. This role serves as a bridge between the client's HR strategy and technology execution.

- Deep SAP SuccessFactors techno-functional expertise required for this role.
- What we need is a Solution Architect with strong hands-on SuccessFactors experience, proven ability to lead from a technical and functional perspective, and relevant certifications across multiple SuccessFactors modules. Without this level of expertise, they won’t be able to drive the team effectively from a solution standpoint.
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:

Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the Employee Central module.
- Configure the system according to agreed-upon specifications and ensure that it functions as intended during testing phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during implementation.
Integration and Data Migration:
- Oversee the integration of Employee Central with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during data migration processes.
- Develop strategies for legacy system decommissioning and data archiving.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, and developers.
- Develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and adjust resources as necessary to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Change Management and Training:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Create training materials and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users on how to use the Employee Central module effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor industry trends and new SAP SuccessFactors updates to recommend ongoing improvements.
- Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to make continuous enhancements to the Employee Central configuration.
- Participate in or lead the rollout of additional features and functionalities post-implementation.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and get support when necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with implementation partners and service providers.
Education/certification:
- Deep SAP SuccessFactors techno-functional expertise required for this role.
