For QA Automation need 3 years' experience with Python and experience (preferable more than 2 years) with Appium or Selenium as principal pillars. Appium is used as automation framework similar with Selenium.
QA Automation Python with Selenium / Appium (Lead - 10+ years exp, Sr. QA - 5+ years exp)
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing test cases and test plans for products and services
- Design and execute test plans for new features
- Maintain existing automation tests and contribute to creating newer automation tests using Python with Selenium or Python with Appium frameworks
- Investigating, replicating, and documenting technical issues encountered in testing
- Assist in reproducing and follow-up of issues reported from end-users
- Work with minimum supervision and work independently to accomplish assigned projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with test automation of RESTful APIs and cloud solutions
- Coding skills with languages such as Python and test automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium
- Experience with source control revision tools - GIT (preferred), GitHub
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman
- Lead and work closely with other Software Engineers, Architects, Product Development Team, QA, and Support groups
- Exposure with Relational and object databases like MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, Cassandra
