• Analysis of business requirements
• Provide a compelling proposition for HCLTech’s SAP customer for their Digital transformation journey.
• Design and implementation of full solutions.
• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
• Coach and develop skills within a project team.
• Work effectively in mixed client and consultancy teams.
• Willing to travel across Europe for HCLTech / Client Workshop and Sessions
• Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer.

Role Competencies:

• Local Native Germany speaker with English and ability to work in a Global Onshore – India Offshore Model

• Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:

• Extensive SAP implementation experience within the Supply Chain area and S/4 DSC (Digital Supply chain) Edition for S/4HANA
• Experience in EWM, TM (Transportation management), Yard Logistics and experience or working knowledge of all the S/4 DSC modules (e.g. SAP Manufacturing for Production Engineering and Operations)
• Strong Manufacturing industry background
• Extensive experience of SAP SCM - with 6 project lifecycles
• S/4HANA implementation or S/4HANA Certification
• Track history of leadership
• Strong client facing Consultancy experience.
• Experience of working with multi-cultural team based across various geographies.
• Language skills – Fluent in English (written and verbal) and German is necessary.

This role requires frequent travel to Schengen countries; hence Schengen passport is an added advantage.
