Main Responsibilities:

• Administration and Operations of Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware and Email security infrastructure
• Provisioning of AV/AS and email policies as required by Customer and OEM recommended.
• Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting AV/AS and email security issues
• Ensure security policies are configured as per Customer requirement along with OEM recommendation
• Integration of third party email security solution with MS O365
• Configuration and troubleshooting skill on container security compliance policy, API, CNF and CNAF policies

Requirements:

• Good hands-on experience on AV/AS, Email security and MFA technology
• Good hands-on experience on email protection policies, incoming and outgoing email flow architecture.
• Good working knowledge on email forwarding, SPF, DKIM and DMARC features
• Good hands-on experience on Symantec AV/AS policies and setup
• 10 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure and 4 years of experience in managing AV/AS and email security
• Experience with MS Defender, device onboarding and ATP policies
• Knowledge in Endpoint firewall policy implementation & troubleshooting
• Good knowledge on Multi Factor Authentication in integration with email security solution which provides secure access to corporate emails
• Should have good working experience on Symantec Anti-Virus, Forti mail, MS Defender and Defender for O365
• Good hands-on experience on Prisma Twistlock container security
