Role & Responsibilities:

• The SAP CPI Support engineer (Specialist of the week) will handle incidents, service requests and problems related to SAP CPI assigned to the integration team.
• The specialist will be working in a multi-tier architecture (Dev, Test, Acceptance and Production environments)

Skills

• SAP CPI
• SAP CPI with 2 years of experience
• Strong troubleshooting experience across PO & BPM scenarios.
• Should have experience working with adapters - (MQ, SOAP, AXIS, REST, EMAIL, FILE), Graphical & Java mappings, working with NWDS.
• Should have knowledge in CPI based custom Iflows, CPI pallet functions, troubleshooting using Trace & Debug features.

Other skills and abilities

• Advantage if you understand custom adapter module, JPR and KAFKA features.
• CTS based transport management of objects using SOLMAN.
• Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
• Proactive, adaptive to work with different culture and strong willingness to learn.
