Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 (L3) Engineer with proficiency in GitLab, Nexus, and SonarQube to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our software development and DevOps infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GitLab Expertise:
   • Administer, configure, and maintain GitLab instances.
   • Monitor GitLab performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
   • Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective utilization of GitLab for version control and continuous integration.
2. Nexus Management:
   • Manage and optimize Nexus repositories for efficient artifact storage.
   • Administer, configure and Maintain Nexus environment
   • Troubleshoot Nexus-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
   • Collaborate with development and release teams to ensure seamless artifact management.
3. SonarQube Administration:
   • Configure and maintain SonarQube for code quality and security analysis.
   • Integrate SonarQube into the CI/CD pipeline and provide support for developers in addressing code issues.
   • Generate reports and insights to improve code quality.
4. Infrastructure Management:
   • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of GitLab, Nexus, and SonarQube with other systems.
   • Monitor and manage server resources, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an L3 Engineer with a strong background in GitLab, Nexus, and SonarQube administration.
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipeline configuration and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Nexus artifact repositories and SonarQube code quality analysis tools.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
