Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Packaging or Mechanical or Manufacturing or related field

Roles And Responsibilities

This position will be leading execution of projects for contact lens repackaging at External Manufacturing sites.

This resource will be responsible for overseeing contact lens repackaging projects, reviewing and approving IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols and reports, supporting External Manufacturers with packaging line installations and qualifications, and helping troubleshoot technical issues with processes including laser etching and vision inspection systems. This will be a highly collaborative role and requires a strong communicator who is proactive and attentive to detail.

Experience and Skills:

• Engineering background ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Overall 7+ years of experience and 3+ years of experience leading projects within a regulated environment (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical)
• Strong Project Leadership skills – ability to confidently facilitate conversations with internal and external partners
