Qualification Required

• Validate hot fixes for Windows Vista, Win 7, Win 8; compatibility checks of application with Vista, 7, 8, 10 operating system
• Deploy fixes to the workstations, via SCCM/WS1 and troubleshoot software distribution issues
• Detailed debugging of SCCM client issues related incidents
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users for SCCM client troubleshooting, software deployment and software update deployment issues
• Manage/administer SCCM servers globally
• Work with packaging, application team to gather requirements for Application packaging and follow it up by creating a SCCM package

Technical Expertise

• Have worked with SCCM packaging, AD/DNS/DHCP & Group Policy
• Have worked with VMWare / Hyper-V & PowerShell
• In depth knowledge in Managing SCCM infrastructure & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell) would be added advantage
