Qualification Required

• Datadog, NewRelic or DynaTrace
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

Roles and Responsibilities

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans

Technical Expertise

• Monitoring tools: Datadog, NewRelic, or DynaTrace to ensure optimal performance and availability of applications and infrastructure
• Performance Monitoring Setup/ identify and resolve issues
• Automation Tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• CI/CD Pipelines
