Qualification Required

• Core JAVA and Oracle PLSQL
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

Roles and Responsibilities

To execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues

Technical Expertise

• On-call/Production Support Experience with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience working with US clients and open to different shifts
• Strong Object-Oriented (OO) design skills with a thorough understanding of enterprise software design patterns, data structures, and multi-threading
• Familiarity with application servers and web servers, particularly Tomcat
• Proven experience in software best practices, including event-driven development and continuous integration
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) team is an added advantage
