Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of development experience in Design/Development in Power Circuit blocks (Battery Chargers, DCDC Converters, VFD, PFC, TRU, etc.,)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EV Industry (Automotive/OHE)
- Minimum 2 years of System integration experience
Roles And Responsibilities
- Electrification of Off Highway Equipment:
- Responsible in developing and validating Electrical Architecture for Off Highway Equipment (OHE).
- Work with a Cross functional Team of Engineers with Power Electronics, Electrical, Vehicle Systems, Mechanical, Software and Safety background to replace ICE Engine with Electric Power Train powered by a 300V Battery.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise:
- Work with Cross functional Team and define the Power Train requirements.
- Develop Power Train - Electrical Architecture
- Define Electrical Safety requirements.
- Define requirements for Electrical sub-systems (Battery, VFD, ECU)
- Develop electrical sub-system diagrams.
- Review Electrical sub-system Development.
- Work with Cross functional Team and develop Integration plan.
- Review Module Test Plan
- Define Electrical Validation Plan
- Work with Cross functional Team in Power train integration
- Review Failure Analysis and bux fixing.
