Engagement Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing)
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Bio medical / Manufacturing with MBA is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
- Candidate with 15 + years of experience, at least 5 years’ onsite exposure, 5 years in medical device domain knowledge, 5 years in project management
- Candidate with bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Bio medical / Manufacturing with MBA is preferred
- Have strong knowledge in medical device industry standards and requirements
- Have experience in handling large team at client site and liaison with customer
- Should be able to handle independently account growth and business development initiatives
- Handling team and mentoring, front end with customer for escalation management
- New business development starting from RFQ to project completion as onsite coordinator working with offshore delivery team
- Experience in project budgeting and financial / Commercial complaint
- Periodic connection with onsite and offshore leaders to align the business to meet the goal
- Good verbal and written communication and Analytics skills
- Project management, Cross functional & Stake holder management
- Monitoring continuously project timeline and milestone at site and supporting to meet the timeline as enabler

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
