Sales Partner Support Specialist with English

One of our Clients is a Fortune 500 company in the Information Technology business with a mixture of customer base - Partners, SMBs, Public sector, Large and Key customers giving access to a variety of business activities. We are covering full range of OTC processes starting from the contract set up, through the billing and query management until the point the payment is made and booked. We maintain a solid core team with 5 to 12 years of experience, great professional involvement securing strong business outcome and expansion potential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistency of data between the PRM ecosystem elements.
- Ensuring individual partner employees have access to the relevant systems dependent on the partner’s job role, function, partner RTM and tier.
- Setting up new partners in the partner ecosystem in line with the GPP.
- Providing telephone and online help support to partners in their local language.
- Providing analysis of data and reporting trends and information about adoption of SMP process areas.
- Performing ongoing maintenance and review of marketplace information, including responding to ad-hoc requests for further research or information.
- Developing and managing methodology for providing both client managers with strategic customer information to support the account business and channel managers with strategic information Customer’s partners to support the business planning process and add value to the partner relationship.
- Providing business data and intelligence directly into SFDC to enable productivity within the sales force (direct or indirect).
- Maintain and manage IO product portfolio matrix.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English language (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in sales or customer interaction role.
- Confident in use of MS Office. Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
- PC literacy.
