Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of services to clients. This includes overseeing the processes and procedures for providing services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing and implementing best practices for service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing service delivery staff.
- Monitoring service delivery performance.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Understanding and adhering to service level agreements, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensuring that customer requirements are met.
Experience/Exposure:
- Technical experience in SAP Basis area.
- Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management).
- Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
- Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
- Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is plus.
- Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
Education/certification
- SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA and HANA
Required Skills:
- SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA and HANA. Advanced English.
