Senior Service Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the service delivery team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
- This includes monitoring service performance, managing customer relationships, managing service delivery operations, and resolving service issues.
- The Senior Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, developing service delivery strategies, and ensuring compliance with service delivery standards.
- In addition, the Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for driving service improvement initiatives and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.
Experience/Exposure:
- Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with relevant experience.
- Relevant Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management).
- Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
- Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
- Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is plus.
- Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
- Advanced English.
