Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and liaise with the client and internal teams for project execution;
• Evaluate daily the new work (requests), assist with assignments Monitoring daily Network Engineers' activities
• Coordinate along customers change windows for mitigating business impacts
• Ease the communications to customers and vendors, flag prioritized work, stay on the top of issues and have them properly addressed
• Weekly reporting of all project status
• Coordinate HW and service requests involving external vendors, as well as monitoring those requests' progresses
• Gain knowledge about customizations of every single customer site
• Lead the network live implementations, in regards to any escalation or issue that may happen.
• Follow all the customer's processes and assist team members to avoid team's non-compliance escalations
• Technical understanding (DATA/VOICE/WLAN/Cloud/Security) technologies

Technology Knowledge

• WAN knowledge (MPLS, Internet, Carrier transport layers);
• Router - Cisco (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, QOS, MPLS, WAN)
• Switch – Cisco/Arista (STP, HSRP, SVI, EtherChannel, Stackwise, VSS, Nexus)
• WLAN – Cisco
• Cisco Meraki
• Load Balancer - F5
• SD-WAN experience a plus

Qualifications‌

• Experience in working as part of a global support (follow the sun) model
• Experience in leading global teams in a matrix environment;
• Well rounded IT knowledge;

Certifications

Experience/Exposure:

• This position requires a deep understanding of project management principles, processes, and techniques, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies for successful project completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget.
• Additionally, the Senior Project Manager should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong aptitude for working with teams of all sizes.

Required Skills:
