Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Infrastructure Network, LAN, Wireless LAN and WAN. Problems, Incidents, Changes,.
• Projects implementation. 
• Run and One  Time approach.
• Switch, router, Wireless infrastructure, installation and support.
• Support Customer Factory in various sites in South America.​

Experience/Exposure:

• Experience in the LAN/WLAN and WAN operations areas 
• Broad IT knowledge especially in Cisco Hardware, OSI model, TCP-IP Unicast, Multicast and Broadcast 
• Routing knowledge (EIGRP and OSPF) 
• Knowledge in BGP routing, QoS, IPSec and GRE 
• Knowledge in fault tracing using network tools 
• Advanced knowledge on BGP 
• Tunneling protocols - IPSec/GRE 
• Good understanding on MPLS VRF's

Education/certification

• CCNA or CCNP

Required Skills:

• Proactivity, communication, fairness, ethics, group working and organization are a must have.
