Position Title- Software Developer Intern - Systems Team
Job Description
- Experience with Python or other related languages
- Exposure to ML/AI algorithms
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering or related field. Position also requires completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or thesis in the following:
- Coding in one of the following industry-standard languages: C, Python, Java
- Relational databases and SQL
- Software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs) and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT or Perforce)
- Linux, UNIX or other *nix-like OS, including file manipulation and simple commands
- Building highly scalable performant solutions
- Distributed systems, including sharding, consistency and availability
- Will follow Agile development methodology/Scrum process
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop novel state-of-the-art algorithms and corresponding systems, leveraging various deep learning techniques for automation framework development
- Based on the project, help analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of corresponding deployed algorithms
- Will get experience building systems based on machine learning
- Next-gen Silicon validation exposure
- Working closely with accelerators (network, inference, training clusters) and perform pre-silicon and post-silicon validation
- Working closely with bringing up various hardware and configurations in data centers
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification -
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree of computer science or an equivalent degree of the listed job.
- Should be a 3/4th year student.
Visa / Residency status
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Candidates having Work / Student Visa are not eligible.
*Candidates who are currently enrolled in master’s degree programs are not eligible.
