Job description:
To manage and develop the transition practice at HCL by using various tools to ensure the successful transition of knowledge and processes from the customerorvendor(s) to HCL during delivery of projects.
- To manage the operations of ASSeT and Transition practice.
- To provide transition solutions for large deals involving multiple service transition and emphasising the differentiating factors for the client.
- To ensure the successful multi-service transition involving multiple internal stakeholders in the vertical delivery teams during rebadging.
- To conduct due-diligence workshops at customer locations during the bidding stage to demonstrate capability and differentiation nature of ASSeT | among the finalists selected.
- To lead| guide and manage the team for enhanced productivity. (please provide the time for this activity)
- To contribute to the transition and ASSeT development.
