Job description:
Tosca We are seeking an experienced TOSCA QA Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software quality assurance, with expertise in TOSCA automation testing. The TOSCA QA Lead will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Proven experience as a QA Lead with a focus on TOSCA automation. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools and frameworks. Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities 1. Test Strategy and Planning 2. TOSCA Automation 3. Team Leadership 4. Test Execution and Reporting 5. Collaboration with Development Teams 6. Defect Management
- To systematically develop Test plans and ensure its execution.
- To identify, onboard, schedule and manage resources based on testing work assignation; and to provide technical mentoring and guidance to the existing team members on tools, frameworks and applications
- To effectively manage quality performance of project deliverables
- To conduct sync up on project execution with the various teams of projects.
- To give daily/weekly project status reports to the client on the software quality assurance activities of the project
- To prepare and review for quality evaluations/audits
