Job description:
Technician-Logistics( DG6051 )
- To configure equipment for new hires.
- To ensure repair procedures, training and tracking are in compliance organization/client policies and procedures.
- To escalate issues to Hardware Manager/Supervisor/Quality Assurance/Control staff.
- To identify and resolve hardware/software related issues, repair/replace damaged equipments.
- To preform inventory and asset management duties.
- To prepare and maintain records of detailed repair orders for damaged or malfunctioning equipment for the warranty repair team.
